Privacy Policy and SMS Terms & Conditions
A Compliant Privacy Policy is required for all messaging campaigns as of September 2023, and all privacy policies will be reviewed for compliance. Per CTIA Guidelines Section 5.2.1 the key point is this:
It must be clear that an end user’s personally identifiable information (PII) (Mobile Information) will not be shared or sold to third parties for the purpose of marketing.

All the stated categories in this privacy policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. End users can opt out of receiving further messages by replying STOP or ask for more information by replying HELP. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. “
